    • Update @ 00:15 - Our engineers have left site to collect further fittings as a further leak on Acres Lane has appeared following our repair. They should be back on site by as quickly as they can to continue with works. We're sorry for the continued disruption and we'll try and get things back to normal as soon as we can.

       

      Update @ 23:30 - Our team of engineers has finished repairing the leaking pipe on Acres Lane and the water should be starting to flow normally again. However it may take a while for the water pressure to return to normal levels. We’re sorry if this has affected you and thank you for your patience.

      Because there’s been some disturbance to the pipes in your area you may notice the water is a little cloudy or discoloured, please check our Discoloured Water page for more information.

       

      Update @ 19:50 - Dont worry we havent forgotten you but due to the complex nature of the repair to the burst water main on Acres Lane, work will be on-going throughout the course of the evening.

      Update @ 17:02 - Our team of engineers are still on site at Acres Lane and it is taking us longer than we expected to complete our repairs.

      Update @ 10:22 - A leak on Acres Lane affecting customers in SK15, has been spotted and reported to us. Our inspector has been to have a look and found this to be the cause for some of you having no water or just a trickle.

    • Update @ 22:40 - Our team of engineers are still on site and repairs are ongoing and will be completed ASAP.  Water supplies may have a short interruption while our Inspector moves water from another area, we are sorry for any inconveneince caused.

      Update @ 17:03 - In order to help get some water flowing through your taps again, we have a tanker pumping in to the main whilst we’re sorting out the leak. You may find that it doesn’t flow as much as the pressure will be lower, but we’re working as quickly as we can on our pipe, so we can get your taps flowing back to normal again.

       

      Update @ 15:40 - Our team of engineers have arrived on site and repairs will commence as soon as it is safe to do so.

      Update @ 12:30 - You may have noticed that the water is coming out of your tap slower than usual or may have gone off altogether. We have one of our inspectors looking into this at the moment and as soon as we know what the cause of the problem is we’ll let you know.
