Davyhulme Our Latest Work
New Inlet Equipment
To create a more reliable and robust process to treat your wastewater we need to improve and replace existing equipment on site.
Take a look at our progress to improve our inlet equipment:

We're building a new process treatment stream which we call ASP3. In this picture you can see the activated sludge plant lanes. The new treatment stream will ensure a bigger capacity and higher standard of wastewater treatment.
As part of the redevelopment, there will be a new entrance and access road from Trafford Way, round the back of the Chill Factore and under the M60. This will help to reduce traffic around the Rivers Lane entrance.
Community Investment Programme
As part of our community investment programme, and in collaboration with Laing O'Rourke we've supported Davyhulme Primary School and Barton Clough School to take part in a project called Stepping into Business.
The project aims to teach children the importance of teamwork, project planning and effectively managing finances, as well as other life skills. Both schools had a visit from our staff and took part in educational workshops, learning new skills and developing their business plan before taking part in a Dragon's Den style pitch.
The project concluded with the children selling their product or service on a market day within their school day.
Over 100 local school children took part, learning new skills to help them into adulthood and when they enter the world of work.
Children from Davyhulme Primary School played their part in 'giving back' by donating sales profits of £517 to a local charity.
